Land Title Plant In order to create a complete and accurate abstract or title certificate, an index from county documents is required. This is referred to as a "title plant." We created a 50 year title plant in Warren County prior to opening in 1978. Since that time we have maintained handwritten tract books and currently have a computerized plant. The Iowa Land Title Association has inspected our title plant for accurate and complete records. We take pride in our title plant. Our qualified staff maintains them on a daily basis with a key/key verifying procedure to insure the most accurate information possible. With millions of records readily available, we are able to efficiently construct and deliver our title products in a timely manner.
