Land Title Plant In order to create a complete and accurate abstract or title certificate, an index from county documents is required. This is referred to as a "title plant." We maintained a handwritten index beginning in the 1800’s and currently have a computerized title plant. The Iowa Land Title Association has inspected our title plant for accurate and complete records. We take pride in our title plant. Our qualified staff maintains them on a daily basis with a key/key verifying procedure to insure the most accurate information possible. With millions of records readily available, we are able to efficiently construct and deliver our title products in a timely manner.
